Is this NPC still part of the game?

I finished the game but i have to admit that i missed considrable amount of the content in my first playthrue, now i am taking my time enjoyng the game world.
I was wonderring is this NPC is still in the game? according to the background she is in novigrad, do i see priscilla on the stage there?.

Looks like she is wearing King Bran's wifes dress with a blue reskin. I can't tell where her face is from. I don't think I've ever seen it before in-game.

Yep thats Priscilla. And I haven´t seen this woman either while playing.

She is the girl from High Stakes, the gwent tournament. They changed the hair style and the dress but she is definetely her
