Is tweditor safe?

Pretty much the title. I've used tweditor for skipping the bugged quest and I'm now curious if its vac bannable? Thanks for the answers.

No, it's not bannable. The game is not VAC-enabled (you can check for yourself here), and it would not make sense for a 100% single-player game to have that anyway. VAC is a multiplayer cheat prevention method.
