Issue Accessing DLC Content for "The Witcher 3" on PS5

Hi,

I purchased and installed the "Hearts of Stone" and "Blood and Wine" DLCs for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" on my PS5. I own the disc version of the game and have both the PS4 and PS5 versions installed. Despite downloading and installing the DLCs, they do not appear in the game. I have also tried restoring the licenses, but this did not resolve the issue.

Could anyone assist me with resolving this?
