Issue on steam with launcher

Due to the game loading up another launcher, then asking to play the game this is causing another crash on startup, to fix this issue I had to go in the game file's bin file then the x64 file and launch the game that way this is the only way the game is working for me so it's not the game instance this is a launcher issue that needs to be fixed. There is an image on here to showing I have brought the game on steam and keep having the issue, this is a launcher error on REDprelauncher file. Please fix this issue or unless I do this I can not play the game.

Well, if you are still experiencing an issue, you could give us a bit more info regarding your system and the issue.

Also keep in mind that trying to play with Windows 8 can also cause this issue, as Windows 8 is not supported. But again, I have no idea what system you are actually playing on.
