[Item Bug] Ursine Silver Sword (Mastercrafted) does not have critical chance

I don't know if this is the right place to report this.

Ursine Silver Sword have Crit Chance from normal (5%) to superior (10%) but lose it completely when upgraded to Mastercrafted.

Equiping it does not increase critical chance at all so it's not just a tooltip bug.

I don't believe this is intentional.
