i would like to talk about the driving behavior in the game, i am aware that it should not be a GTA, it is not about driving a car, but it belongs to the game, doesn't it?

i would be happy if the driving behavior could be adjusted a bit.


is there anyone out there who can agree with me?

If you mean to say the driving isn't a particularly enjoyable experience then I agree with you. Feels like driving a go-cart. However I must say that because of my early experience with driving in the game I just forgot about it and maybe the better quality cars drive better. I don't know.

The driving is not perfect, but it is not a driving game. I prefer the motorcycles for ease of getting through traffic. But many of the cars handle differently. Several of the ones toward the end of the game felt like they behaved a little better, (either that or my driving just improved after 60+ hours.)

the cars just follow a path, I don't know what it's like at GTA, but here it seems to have been done a little without effort, I don't want to be cheeky now, but it just seems like that

As I already wrote in my first post, I know that it is not a game that puts the focus on driving a car, even if you already have 60h + and yes, every car drives differently, but the developer should do something there
because the way things are at the moment, it's not nice, because I think that's part of the game when the cars drive "well"

Completely agree. The driving mechanics/behaviour are waaaaay off. I mean for me this game is benchmarked by such things as GTA, but at least gta 5s car behaviour was usable and Alright its not about driving but it's still in the game, no? People, especially like myself, were looking forward to the vehicle sections of this game but it does feel like they've whacked cars in and gone right job done. Anything over 4mph makes you drift uncontrollably even you even dare to look at the turn stick. God I hope there's no car chase mission later on as I fear I will be stuck on them forever.

I don't want to say it should be like GTA, I wrote that in an understandable way, I hope in my first post, but GTA simply has the best driving behavior so far, I think, no other open world game has come up with anything to do with cars had, except for racing games, but we don't even need to talk about that because it doesn't fit here

maybe just a little more realistic in terms of physics, just keep an eye on it

will the developers see that here? I would really like to make this a big topic so that something can be done "quickly" in the same direction, it takes a little bit of fun for me personally, I travel faster more often than drive to the places

Larry_Browns I do get what you are saying about the driving. I felt the exact same way with the car I started with, and several of the other cars very early in the game. But I think this is intended. The better handling cars get much more expensive as you level up, so the reward for handling and speed is from your continued play time. I honestly think this is a good idea too. Your first car should be a pile of crap, and spending your coin on a better ride should feel like a reward for you investing the time to get them.

I've put in 8 hours today and after upgrading my attributes enough to hijack cars I can report nicer cars do handle differently but still a huuuuuuge missed hit On the physics side of it. Let's be honest everyone's driving flat out gta style but God forbid if there's a car in the same lane 500 meters in front because you're either gonna hit it or hit the crash barriers On the side of the road trying to avoid the car. I enjoy driving commissions or various gigs etc but im genuinely considering just fast travelling to locations as there's no way outgrowing away 20 grand to a car that is gonna be useless to drive
