It's raining but no raining drops and the mini map goes black sometimes

The first video you can hear the rain and see it on a pamphlet but see no raining drops. I quit the game reload (the second video) i have raining drops again.

Also on the first video after 10 seconds the mini map goes black, it happens a lot.

I notice a similar bug with the rain every time I save the game while it's raining then reload without shutting the game down. What I experience is only rain in the distance but no rain in the area near Geralt.

The minimap goes black for me too. It happens pretty frequently- almost every time I fast travel. It resolves itself in a few seconds, but still...this is a new bug that only happened for me after patch 1.03

I had that one also. Raining, but no rain - even after quitting the game and loading it up again.
