Jagged and jittery item outlines

+
I've recently reinstalled Cyberpunk 2077 for a fresh playthrough after having played it shortly after launch, and I've noticed that the blue outline around the items that can be picked up is extremely jittery and jagged.

The issue can be clearly seen here:

I've tried disabling or setting to low each single graphics setting, along with disabling DLSS and Frame Generation at no avail. NVIDIA driver version is 566.36 and I'm using the latest Cyberpunk patch.

Any suggestion? Thanks.

Have you tried also disabling all the other processing settings? i.e. ray reconstruction, AMD frame gen etc? It looks to me like TAA artifacting or something but it's hard to know what might be causing it without knowing what hardware you are using

Hi there. This is the post processing effect getting aliased not the mesh itself so it doesn't have anything to do with the mesh AA. Does this happen with every single object in the game or is it just the ones highlighted by the game's UI effects? And are you sure you're not using any form of Upscaling (FSR or XeSS)?
