Jefferson and Elizabeth Peralez

Their story should have been the main story. Speaking as an X-Files fan. Possible rogue AIs, conspiracy, ... I really don't care about V. Oh, you're dying:cry:? I don't care about Jackie too since I haven't got a chance to meet him. But I cared about these two, Delamain, Judy, Panam, Takemura, ... I still haven't got to the ending btw, maybe I feel something about V then. Back to the topic, it's a wasted opportunity that this isn't the main story. Since I'm already dying, I would sacrifice myself to put end to this conspiracy without any second thoughts.

Caught something on my second playthrough I missed on the first..
When operating the flathead in the hotel.. there is a room where people are talking about the mayor.

The quest just ends rather abruptly for no apparent reason when they both clearly needed more help :\
Then again I had so many bugs related to that mission that maybe they hadn't polished it enough to continue it so they found a good way to somewhat "finish" it and decided to stop it there.

The quest has 2 endings - to tell or not.
If "not tell", the continuation story is missing, i think its not ok.
But if "tell":
In the end credits, you see where your choice led, and this is perhaps the first time as a player that I really received far-reaching consequences from my choice, even if they are not very significant, but they are logical and fit perfectly into everything.

I had the tell ending and well, it's just silly that he wouldn't ask for more help.

you do not understand. He is a man with a stubborn character, at the same time he cannot trust you. If you tell him, he will be shocked and go to think it over. But the more time passes, the less he will be able to trust you. Although he asks for a favor at the end, it is already clear that he is keeping his distance from you. Although, if not to tell, then the wife should probably ask for help ... but as we can see, the developers were forced to cut a lot of content, and the quest is hardly higher priority.

Did anyone notice that when you drive up behind the surveillance van, there is actually a hover ship parked on the center building above the surveillance van. I saw the hover ship while reconing the NPCs below. Before it took off, a single soldier runs onto the ship and then it takes off. I was so stunned I did not shot or scan the soldier. An agent of the amorphous dark net rogue AI, or nah?

Idk, about the main story, but certainly an entry point into a "governmental faction". If it is all about mind control then take me to that point.

Just like the rest of this game, they pull out just as it was getting good...

Indeed, a great quest that felt cut short like so much in the game.

I understand, a recurring theme with the storytelling in this game is lack of closure, the inability to solve every problem. But doing this too much results in an unsatisfying experience for the player. This is, after all, a game, and games can and should be primarily fun, while also being thought-provoking and artistically developed.

Leaving a story without a satisfying conclusion, or preventing the player from affecting the outcome, doesn't necessarily make it more mature or sophisticated. Doing so for the sake of it is just pretension.

Hey, during Dream On quest you can spot a shady man that also appears in some of the endings. You can look it up on YouTube if you don't have a save file to reload to find him yourself. He's like G-Man of Cyberpunk 2077.

I think there was a lot of cut content .. blue eyed man.. this quest and lots of other quests are probably left for a future DLC.. though it says that Perales lost the election..

Just Like Gounter Odin appers at begining of TW3, The Peralez Family look like a mistery Will be soved on The Future moment, Jefferson Win The election and are the mayor, (spolier ahed) and also on The game credits The calls V and Say About Her wife giving a strange medicine, so she may be involed with The conspirace.

Well he already suspects her being a part of this conspiracy (at least in my ending), but when you take a look at all the things and ask her questions about the stuff you can already feel inconsistencies in her own memory.
At this time she might or might not be working together with them, since she seemed to be influenced by memory rewriting too. And there is definitely something fishy going on after finding the hidden secret control/observation room in the back of the appartment.
