Jeopardy Gig Glitch

I’m having a problem with the Jeopardy gig. I've done all the objectives except the final one. I went in, got the shard and went to the drop point but it says it’s unavailable. I’ve gone back and killed all enemies, I’ve completed other jobs, fast traveled and restarted my game and console but nothing has fixed it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Which platform ?
On the drop point, the option is unavailable, but you can use it to sell stuff ?
Your best chance would be to reload a save created before pick up the shard, if possible.
