Fixed the problem that the conversation with Johnny doesn't start after leaving the hotel in Tapeworm. The problem is not fixed in my environment.
I have already confirmed that my version is 1.04.

I have no main quest. I think I didn't get special conversation with Johnny in the front of the chapel (after Pacifica questline) and in the Sunset motel (after Hellman questline). Now, after I finished questline with Takemura, and talking to Hanako as doll nothing happened. I've already played 7 hours after that. 36 hours in total. I do not wish to loose all my progress.
