Journey Progression does not give RPs

I am not aware if something changed, but in previous journeys, when you progressed through them, for every journey level gained you would be rewarded with 2 RPs. I completed all 6 contracts from week 1 and level up 8 times, but I did not get a single RP from these 8 levels. is this normal or is it a bug that needs to be addressed?

Thank you. I sent a ticket. Hopefully this gets solved and I can get the lost RPs.
