Sometimes you'll be waiting a few days before she even calls again. Just make
sure you've done all of her quests leading up to that one.
Just do any side gigs to pass the time you can also skip time
sometimes I'll just drive around Night City and listen to the radio
As I read on one forum if you've passed "m'ap tann pelen" — she will call you, skipped 7 days — nothing happens. She should call in 24 hour after completing Double Life, but I dunno

More than "waiting" (skip time), but rather by doing some quests like "Chippin' In" or Claire's Races.
