Judy no but a continuation of the Panam story with the Aldecaldos is never gonna happen, pretty sad. Still, even so happy we are getting DLC - the story looks like Militech and a bit boring - political game.

I may be a bit late to the party but I too was slightly disappointed with how after romancing her, she just stays in her apartment by the window and that's pretty much it.
I would have loved to take Judy out to dinner, sleep together, have her come over to my place, ride the rollercoaster, etc. etc.
Now it feels very unfinished and less like being lovers and more being friends. Don't couples do stuff together? I would have loved to see more of that.
Likewise with Panam where you should be able to hang out with her, go to the bar together, drive around the Badlands with her commenting at certain places; that kinda stuff.

the option to move in with her. Despite some thinking more romance options is "weird" her fans don't
It makes no impact on the story whatsoever, other than the fact V's living with her girlfriend.

a place you did frequent, so you would have seen her at the bar. Chances are you would have even
spoken with her. As a Nomad you would have even met Panam and even traded with her clan
I found it odd Saul had never heard of the Bakkers until V told him after Saul got rescued. Nomads
know what other clans are in the area. The clans aren't solitary and would trade with other clans.
The one clan most would avoid are The Wraiths since they are outcasts.

Panam is ok just not into her as much as Judy. Judy's an adorable

In fact, I'm not sure where "Bakkers" operate (could be far from Night City) and seem to be a "little" family
Knowing that apparently, leaders give their name so it seem be a "real" family

ye, I think its good idea but maybe put some more stuff to dates idea, every person want's do the others things or go to the places what is important to them, for exaple Judy wanna do something with the braindance and Panam wanna go with cars in the badlands and have some fun with V or ask V to help with the gang fight in the badlands. Its small things but I think its gonna be very very fun and nice and make the game funnier. For the living together we can put some stuff like every love might have a taste for exaple, Panam doesn't want to live deep in the city and stuff like that its will be great because it will give us some immersion.
