Ive seen a lot of jumpsuits, and i find it odd that they dont take up both inner and lower slots. Low on the list of things to fix, but i think they stats and mod slots should reflect the fact that its a double slot item and act accordingly.
In what I've played so far the jumpsuits/body suits didn't have any stats, they just covered the other clothes V is wearing in the inventory screen and then were virtually meaningless once you exit the inventory screen like the other things V is supposedly wearing.
