Just Announced — Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition Coming to Mac!

Cyberpunk 2077 and its spy-thriller expansion Phantom Liberty will be coming to Mac. Taking full advantage of Apple silicon and advanced technologies of Metal, the world of the dark future is available to Mac gamers for the very first time. Players can enjoy advanced features like path tracing, frame generation, and built-in Spatial Audio for even more immersive gameplay and stunning visuals.​

Available early next year on Macs with Apple silicon, the Ultimate Edition will launch on the Mac App Store, GOG.com, Steam and Epic Games Store.

Why not available from GOG? I bought the game from Gog.com to ensure that you don't get robbed by middlemen like Valve or Epic Games but now it seems I would've been better off buying the game from Steam in the first place!

I bought through Epic Games Store so I'm glad they have updated to show it will be available there as well. Assuming that it will be a free upgrade like announced for Steam for existing owners?

The fact that GOG has not been mentioned by CDPR from the get go is incredibly sad. CDPR is seemingly trying to shed any association with GOG and that is upsetting.

I've yet to hear a reason why the accounts were split...

Just a guess, but knowing saves already are compatible between all the platforms (PC/Xbox/Playstation) for the cross-progression, we can fairly assume it won't be different on Mac.

Wow, I'm happy to hear that this awesome game is coming to Mac. I'll definitely get it. I've almost finished it twice on the PlayStation 5 so far and hope that when it comes to the Mac, the mods will also be available like for PC. Greetings from Germany
