This game can be played on Linux via Proton. Without any problems and it seems like it is officially supported. The main thing is to have the game on Steam, and if the game is not on Steam, then I recommend searching the search engine for PortProton and trying to run it through it.We want Linux native version... Please. One of with the Vulkan Renderer.
I don't have a PC, but I would be surprised if on Steam you're not able to download the game depending on the platform you are. It's just a guess, but it will be like BG3, if you buy the game on Steam, I assume you can install it on a PC or on a Mac (i.e you don't have to buy the game twice).I bought the game on steam. So im hoping i can play it on mac as well.
There is no "Ultimate Edition", it's just a fancy name for a base game + expansion bundle. So here’s my question. I own CP and phantom liberty but I don’t think it’s the ultimate edition. Will I have to repurchase the game?
It also varies a lot on a game by game basis. PS5 performs like RTX 2080 in AC Valhalla but gets outperformed by 2070 in some titles. (Especially if there's heavy ray tracing). Cyberpunk to my recollection performed relatively better on Nvidia cards compared to AMD ones so I wouldn't be suprised if a 2070S would actually be a better experience than PS5.Will be interesting to see how the game performs on non-Pro, -Max or -Ultra hardware. Considering the PS5's GPU is roughly equivalent to the RTX 2070 or its Super variant, and the most recent base-model M4 is about 60% of the 2070's power on paper.
