Keep both the silver swords Aerondight and Moon Blade?

Hi,

I'm going to get the Moon Blade silver sword reward from The Royal Huntsman, but I don't want to lose my silver sword that I got from the Lady of the Lake (Aeridern? Aerondight). Is this possible? The only reason is because I want to import both swords into The Witcher 2. Even if I don't have Aeridern Aerondight on hand will it still import it into The Witcher 2?

Thanks

You can't carry two silver swords, and there is no storage in the middle of Act 5 (just Dandelion at the beginning of Act 5 and the beginning and end of the Epilogue).

You would have had to store Aerondight with Dandelion at the beginning of Act 5, and retrieve your silver or rune sword that you had cunningly stored with the Act 4 Innkeeper for just this purpose, then discard that sword when you receive Moon Blade.

That way, when you see Dandelion again at the beginning of the Epilogue, you can choose whether to carry Aerondight or Moon Blade for the Epilogue; the other will be in storage at the end, and you can choose which to carry for your final save.

What I don't know is whether stored items are imported to TW2, or whether TW2 will even import two silver swords.

Thanks for your help. I decided to ditch Aerondight rather than reload and do it that way. The Moon Blade is the better sword in The Witcher 2, anyway.
