Kerack City Guard allied units

Hey, may I suggest letting Kerack City Guard move any unit rather than only enemy units?
I was quite surprised that it does not considering how well this would synergize with Kerack Frigate and cards dependent on being on the correct row like Seltkirk. I really feel like this is worth considering. It would be a nice safety measure for NR decks running these sorts of cards. If the opponent feels threatened it's still just a 4 point removal at first so I really don't feel like this would be too strong.
