Key in the under water church

In Judy's Pyramid Song quest, I recall seeing a key on a pew in the underwater church, but couldn't pick it up. This was still on 1.03, so I can only assume that it was the item glitch where you cant get the pick up notification.

Just curious if anyone else saw it, or if it actually wasnt a key at all. If it was, what did it go to?

I saw it in one play through, not a second. My guess though is that it's either a left over from a cut part of the underwater mission that surfaces (pun intended) on occasion, or it's a glitch.

Just like sometimes the chip Jackie pulls from his head is a chip, and others its a huge frackin bazooka of a gun.
