I think some definitely looks better than others, specifically I think the little asian girl looks weird AF, but there is a little white blonde kid with glasses I think looks like a normal kid. Is there any game out there thats open world that gets small children looking like actual kids???

That's fair, I think what cyberpunk gets wrong is mostly the proportions... whereas witcher threes porportions look a little better. I still think that even witcher three doesn't get the face quite right (imo).

I think all games should start reclassifying child NPCs as dwarfs to get around that no killing kids rule.

Kids are freaking deadly.

Got in a gun fight and could not use rocket launcher arm, or shoot properly because kids in the way. Got turned in to choom food in 3 seconds flat.

They already being removed once you are in the car
They already being removed once you in photo mode

And maybe with no kids we would see censoreship loosen up
