Kikimora in water bug.

Water disappears in the place where the kikimora stands.

PC:
AMD Athlon II X2 240. 2 core, 2.80 Ghz
AMD Radeon R7 250. 2 GB.
4 RAM.
40 FPS.

Which ones, specifically? If you're using any mods which affect the appearance of blood, that might be the issue, as, from your screen-shot, it looks like the blood-in-water effect could be missing.

I have mods like VGX Geralt, White hairs, More Slots.
Only mod that affect water is Jump in Shallow Water.
I haven't blood mods.
