Yes, she gets pissed at Geralt (If he kills Aryan) on the quest you're searching for one of Dandelion's lovers. But it won't change much since Movren (or something like that) still helps you.
I don't think saving Anais has any real effect or even dialogue change in the game, because if she remains with Roche, she won't appear and he won't talk about her. If she stays with Jon Natalis, he'll disappear. And if she stays with Radovid, god knows what he did to her, because Radovid in W3 is insane.
