Killing Gargoyles Don't Give Xp?

Hi mates,

I'm on act 3 and trying to kill as much gargoyles as possible to level up (grind) but it seems they don't give any xp at all to my lv 33 character.

Is it normal? If I'm not wrong, I was able to grind xp from harpies on act 2.

If your on Roaches path, go out side and kill Flaming Rose till your heart is content, lots of XP there.

I read about someone who had done some tests with XP gained from monsters, and they claimed that you stopped getting XP from monster kills, past a certain level (depending on the monster in question) - it might simply be that you're too high level, yes.

Nope i'm on iorveth's side, by the way i tried to kill flaming rose guys just before entering the caves to get myself in to luc muinne secretly, but no luck, killing rose knights also did not give me any XP.

Also I'm stuck with one ingredient for a quest, i need a warrior nekken blood but there are no nekkens in chapter3. How i'm supposed to get one?

What level are you on? The game caps at Level 35. After that, you don't get XP for anything.

If you've run out of Nekker Warrior Blood, you'll need to use a mod to add it to one of the merchants. There are a few at The Nexus - I'm giving the general link as I'm not sure which are up-to-date.

Each mobs have a level. If you're higher than these mobs' level, you won't get any more XP.
I've myself done a few mods where I added 5 levels to each mobs. That was quite refreshing for my 3rd playthrough as I could get more XP from mobs.

I am finding that i don't get xp killing some monsters in the game.

Don't understand this, what is the use of trying to raise the level by killing monsters if some don't give you xp?

Something is wrong.

I believe that is the intent of the designers: to prevent the game from being abused by monster farming or level grinding. Nolenthar stated it right: you get no XP from killing monsters some number of levels below your own.

After some point fairly early in Act 1, your ability to gain levels by just running around and killing things trends toward impracticality and then to zero. There is nothing wrong; you are seeing the game work as intended.

Is there a way to unlock all the skills? I would really like to play this game with all the skills and on the hardest level.

No.
And if you unlocked all skills, you wouldn't be playing on the hardest level any more, it would be ridiculously easy.
