Yeah, I don't remember in which thread it was but people pointed out the same similarities and came to the conclusion that those riders are indeed Geralt and Vesemir.sidspyker said:Hmmm...could it be? I left the lines slightly off the mark because the rider in the pic is small and they would hinder the point...
I'm on the same opinion: This have to be Geralt and Vesemir!Kinl3y said:Yeah, I don't remember in which thread it was but people pointed out the same similarities and came to the conclusion that those riders are indeed Geralt and Vesemir.
I say they will still take 2 more weeks. And then Gamescom comes and the BIG thing is revealed there.Adityathewarriorwithin said:this one is the best one yet/>
so hopefully week 10 will be that BIG THING? or what?
The E3 presentation will be behind closed doors at Gamescom aswell, so I don't think we'll get the "big thing" for quite awhile. They'll bring new info and assests to Gamescom though. I think it's healthy to lower your expections for 'Killing Monsters'.gregski said:I say they will still take 2 more weeks. And then Gamescom comes and the BIG thing is revealed there.
The presentation will be behind closed doors, sure. But releasing a CGI "Killing Monsters" trailer, that is already done and was shown to journalists at E3 will not be too much, I guess?Duskey said:The E3 presentation will be behind closed doors at Gamescom aswell, so I don't think we'll get the "big thing" for quite awhile. Low chance of that happening imo, that doesn't mean I'm not hoping for it though!gregski said:The presentation will be behind closed doors, sure. But releasing a CGI "Killing Monsters" trailer, that is already done and was shown to journalists at E3 will not be too much, I guess?
It is a bit sad really, I know they want to limit the footage to the fans until they feel it is ready to be showed, but the press is seeing a heck of a lot more than the fans.gregski said:The presentation will be behind closed doors, sure. Didn't quite get this either, it's like we can't handle some alpha footage, but the people of "garming jurnalizm" can?501105 said:It is a bit sad really, I know they want to limit the footage to the fans until they feel it is ready to be showed, but the press is seeing a heck of a lot more than the fans.

...that's good to know.MM360 said:It actually takes place on Thursday![]()
WE as fans who are on this site can probably handle it. We know it's alpha footage, it won't be perfect and it'll probably change somewhat by release. The general public isn't always as forgiving. CDPR are just being smart covering their asses. Besides, the game might be one year out, plenty of time for marketing. Articles are also still pouring in from CDPR.Kinl3y said:Didn't quite get this either, it's like we can't handle some alpha footage, but the people of "garming jurnalizm" can?

The very definition of journalism, including gaming journalism, is mediation between source and reader.Kinl3y said:Didn't quite get this either, it's like we can't handle some alpha footage, but the people of "garming jurnalizm" can?

I'm going, and I would be up for this but I am no gaming journalist so I doubt I could get in. The idea of someone representing the forum and directly approaching the devs with questions is amazing, would be nice if someone who frequents these forums and got in would pick up the task.AgentBlue said:Speaking of Gamescom, someone at NeoGAF will attend the presentation and has created a thread to take in questions. Won't someone in the same position do the same around here?
