Knight of the Flaming Rose attacks - bug or what?

I've imported saves from TW1 (neutral path, Ziegfried is alive), but in the Act II of TW2 (patch 2.1) I was attacked by the knight of the Flaming Rose (don't know, if the name is correct, have played russian version), who told, that I've killed Ziegfried. The same story I've heard in the Act III. Is this a bug, or I did something wrong in TW1?

It's a continuity "bug". What's imported from TW1 is whether you sided with the Order, not whether you killed Siegfried.
