Is there a trick to using a ladder when coming out of water? For example, I swam across the bay. When i got to the other side, there are ladders that extend down to the water (but not into the water). The bottom of the ladder is about even with the surface of the water.
No matter what i try, i cannot climb it. It's there some trick to using these ladders? I can scan it with my cyberware, so it's definitely a real ladder.
