What screen resolution are you playing at ? If full HD then i suggest lowering the resolution to 1280 x 720 to se if the lag improves . Moving to TW2 tech

Well that killed the lag, thank you very much. But now the graphics aren't as good as i wanted them too. I dont understand my laptop exceeds what I need to run the game but i can only run it this low?

Now you can start bumping up the resolution until you notice lag then back off a bit . Alternatively you can try bumping up the graphics settings until you find a good mix that you like .

Does yours have the 560m card ? What about CPU and GPU temps and do you know what they are running ? If not then CPU-Z will be able to tell you about your CPU . Alienware may have included some software that will monitor those but i`m not sure on that one .

For which card you have ? Click start right click computer and select manage then in the window that opens select device manager and expand the display adaptors by clicking the plus sign and your card should be listed .

OK you have two chips which is no problem . I just need to find out how Alienware elects which card to use for gaming . If it was Nvidia and Intel chip it would be Optimus that does it but since yours is ATI and Intel it`s done differently . I believe you have a set of programs from Alienware installed that should be able to do that . Is your Alienware up to date with all applicable updates from DEll ?
EDIT :
Just remembered the name : Alienware command center
This might help

Or you can use your service tag number for Dell support .

You will be up to date anyway . After updating and more than likely a restart of your computer then retry the game .
