This is just another item on the list of many things completely missing from this game. And I don't just mean features that were promised. I mean basic features that have been in games for decades. I'm starting to think there's something wrong with the engine cuz this game seems like it's being held together with egg whites and honey.
The breasts size has nothing to do with a censorship, the thing is that when character's wearing clothes, it don't apply above the body, like it happen IRL, but nude mesh is being replaced by clothed mesh. So, in order to provide different (let's say 3) breasts sizes, you have to create 3 different variants of every outfit.
Obviously devs just had not bother themselves with such a things.
And yet they bothered to force underwear on the player model in the open world, as well as exclude bottom torso underwear from the things you can wear even though they have top torso underwear. No thong in this entire city of debauchery? Please. The game has been toned down for consoles, it's clear as day.

I wasn't talking about performance on consoles. And kids disappear when you enter photo mode if I'm not mistaken.
Can't say I agree, kids add immersion to the world. Just getting rid of them like GTA did is a lazy way imo. You can't kill them due to ESRB but that doesn't mean they are useless.
Sure there is a way to deal with it properly, like despawn children if character is naked, or block character from undressing if there is a scripted scene with kids, or smth
You know what else adds to immersion? Other people besides you riding bikes.

Yep, that is for sure, noticed that too. But considering the fact how fucked up the road traffic is in this game, no wonder. Some police patrols or other service cars are welcome too.
Nope, that is not how it works. You can kill adults, but not children. Check ESRB article on Wiki. M is not the highest rating. The highest is A (Adults only 21+). This rating allows to kill children, show erected penises and such. But, it is almost impossible to license and sell the game proprely with such ESRB signature. So publishers avoid it mostly. It is easier to make children immortal.
I rather have no kids. Just because the M rating has those rules. Does not mean they are logical and not hypocrites.
This is getting completely off-topic but fire hydrants do exist. Tho when you break them they just do a short spurt and the water clips through characters/vehicles. There is even a GTAIV/V comparison that shows just how underwhelming they are.
I'm really disappointed that there are soooo many toilets in the game, but, your character can't ever poop or pee even once!

Instead of complaining about boobs, or tiolets, or fire hydrants, or ... whatever, complain about the severely restricted Modding, and make all the noise to get all the resources and toolkits released so, Modders can do what they do best.
Modders will even FIX ALL THE BUGS ... but, we shouldn't depend on them just for that. They can certainly do that, and do that quicker than CDPR, and give us lots of satisfaction while we wait for Official stuff ... and sure, a shouldn't have to "need" mods, but, having robust, flexible, wide-open modding is better than sitting around, and making threads complaining about trivial things and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and getting upset feefees because the game just isn't blowing air up skirts like ya wanna.
Ask for better, stronger, more open and flexible modding.

Child characters are actually made invisible when photomode is activated.
That said, child characters are actually just shrunk adult characters, they are some of the strangest looking things in the game.
I am very worried after looking at how these meshes are designed that truly customing our body type will never be a thing at least not without a complete overhaul of how the body and clothing meshes work. Which seems like a dream with all the other things that have to be fixed to stay out of legal trouble. Things like when you wear a tight lowcut top and you look at the breast from a steep angle you can see how the body mesh is deformed so it doesn't clip with the top (the boobs are inverted under the strapless bra and it's pretty visible in photomode). The choice to break up the body mesh to make tight clothing fit right just seems like the hard way to do it and will make adding new clothing models for modders a total nightmare. It just boggles my mind why would you do it this way. I think I know why the armor mods for the witcher 3 and mostly textures... makes me sad. The reason Skyrim gets new armor mods daily is because It's always the same body mesh 1 male 1 female you make 1 version for each and Skyrim scales it from there. In CP2077 the clothes don't scale to the body the body just distorts to fit the clothes that's why the really skimpy stuff the NPC's wear is unavailable to V. Sure the nexus has mods enabling some of those skimpy clothes but when you start combining them with regular clothes you get clipping issues. I don't think we are getting a bodyslide equivalent but I hope I am wrong. I just know that a ton of very talented modders only make clothes and while I'm sure we will get some great non-clothes mods the traffic that will be lost without a horde of passionate clothing modders is a big fail.
