We have had a lot going on inside REDFlame, and we'd like to share with the community.First and foremost, Deception is more or less finished. We are implementing the remaining voices, slowly but surely, and once complete we will launch soon after. On top of this, Arena will begin beta within the next week. Everyone that has signed up for Deception beta will be able to test it out before launch and help find bugs, as well as anyone else that wishes to join beta. As a teaser, we'd also like to add that Arena also includes a brand new Gladiatorial Arena area custom-built that we think people should enjoy. Between that, and the many events in the module, it can be hours of fun that never ends and can be a new experience every play through.Deception has also entered an open beta state. Testers are free to post screenshots and talk about the mod to community. We're expecting the launch of both Deception and Arena by end of July.The basic Character Generation system has launched to community and information, as well as the download, can be found at http://djinni.wikia.com/wiki/Character_Generation_System. This can be used in any community mod, and we'll provide as much assistance as possible when trying to use it.Strands of Destiny is in documentation phase. We have begun preliminary sketches and models, and have redone much of what was launched before. We expect documentation to be complete end of August, and heavy work for Prologue and Act 1 to commence soon after. Suffice to say, Carreas (the version in SoD, not in Deception) is coming together marvelously. It is easily 2-3 times the size, feels much more like a true merchant town (similar in size to Temple Quarter), and will have much more scenary and depth (grass, custom placeables like wells, and more.) Everything in SoD will be completely custom, from NPCs to locations, and should be an immersive experience when finished.As SoD is in a very early state, we are always looking for ideas on how to build it. While the story has been done since early this year, we are always fleshing out the individual areas and looking for ideas on quests, story arcs, characters, and more.
