Launcher always offline

Hello there people, last year I bought the Witcher 2 from the swedish website Cdon.com. Every time I open the Launcher to the witcher 2 it says "Connection refused Retrying in 10 seconds" and in the top left corner theres a skull wich says offline, so yeah should it be like this or is there something wrong with my game and will it affect me downloading the enhanced edition?

It is trying to contact the update site. If it cannot connect to the update site, it won't download updates automatically, and you will have to download them manually.

Possible reasons that it cannot contact the update site are that your firewall is preventing it or that an external device is blocking it. If you are running, say, Windows Firewall, it needs an exception to get through.
