Launcher strange vehavior, Steam version.

Ok, so I reinstaled the game via Steam (silly of me, tought maybe this will aply the 2.0 righ away
) and now, I double click the launcher to play, It updated the game to the 1.35 (...sigh), and then appears a dumb message in a small window with an exclamation simbol in a blue sphere, and a button to click "ok"...Strange, no error message, nothing, exept that the launcher appears offline, with a grey bar on the bottom (not there before) and a little skull on the top left of the launcher, meaning the offline status I think.
So, I dont know if all this is because of the upcoming patch, or if the reinstalation meesed up my game...
Ill try to play It, and see what happens...
Ok, The game runs fine, but another detail, when I start the launcher, Steam try to install something, as if it was the "first run" of the game, after that, the silly window with the exclamation, and the launcher offline, with the grey bar, and a message saying its trying to reconnect in 10 sec (wich it doesnt).
