Launcher won't open (TW2EE)

I recently got The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition, and I want to change it to windowed mode through the Launcher. However, when I click on the Launcher, it doesn't open, nor does it register an error. It's as if I didn't click it at all. How can I fix this? Thanks!

From where did you purchase the game ?
Another way to use the configurator which is where the launcher would take you anyway . Open your Witcher installation and then open the bin folder . From there you should see the configurator . Now just click it and you should be good to go . You can also find the witcher 2 exe there which might be useful to start the game with .
