Legendary "Cripple Movement" game breaking bug

+
+1 to this. I noticed when I equipped a bunch of legendary quickhacks the game went downhill. I eventually tested it by taking them all out, then re adding them one by one and it wasn't until I equipped the "Cripple Movement" that it all happened again.

I can confirm this issue.

Using any legendary quikhacks with legendary "Cripple Movement" equipped drops my ingame framerate from above 60fps to below 20fps.

Strangely though, it does not effect the main menu, (pressing esc key to go to options)

Added update: It seems using the legendary "Ping" quikhack also causes a framerate drop in some areas. Reloading a save is the only way to restore the frame rate, until i use one of the quickhacks again.

Just for reference, my pc meets recommended specifications.
-Intel i5 8600k
-16gb 3200mhz Corsair RAM
-Zotac RTX 3080
-EVGA 750w Gold+ Power
-Samsung 1TB M.2 SSD
-Windows 10 Home

This is happening with me as well. I am on the Xbox One S. I think it is caused by the "Enemies can no longer sprint" effect it adds. If you get far enough away from the enemies affected by it to reset them, your frames will return to normal. (225-250m)

Ping legendary hack-mod seem to work fine for me. There are no invincibility effects. Enemies die normally. And hacking through wall works fine. I tested with Kirk mission (on guards).

I assume the game engine is doing something in the background because of some bug (when enemies don't die). I would assume there is some infinite loop there ;-). Hence FPS drop / performance problems.

I'm having this bug as well. If I have legendary Cripple Movement equipped, my FPS totally tanks -- from the low 70s/high 60s to low 30s/high 20s -- the instant I use Ping or any other quickhack on a group of enemies. It's definitely Cripple Movement specifically: I removed it while keeping all my other legendary quickhacks the same, and the FPS drops didn't occur. Thankfully not having any issues with enemies not dying, though the FPS drop alone still makes the game unplayable with legendary Cripple Movement equipped.

Reported the issue and included the save file.
After the 1.1 update on pc, I am able to use the legendary cripple quickhack, but if I add the legendary detonate grenade to my cyberdeck, that is what breaks my game... Either way, pretty bad bug

OK, so, I'm not sure what happened, but, I had the low fps drop when I added both cripple movement and detonate grenade to my cyberdeck. So I went back to a previous save, and added just cripple movement. It was fine then. Then a little while later, I added detonate grenade, and it was still fine... So, idk if it had to do with adding multiple new legendary qh to cyberdeck at once, or what it could be, but it must be something very specific...
