Legendary Manticore Armor Bug

So after the next gen update, i noticed that my legendary manticore armor is bugged out. like for example the chest armor intead of having 12% toxicity it adds just 5%? This is all with normal ng+ save after the patch. the normal manticore armor set ( the chest armor has 10% toxicity level)

And also in the craft menu the same thing, the stat is the same, bugged. Some help?
