Legendary Quickhack Bug Fixed 1.1?

Title.

Background: I currently have the game uninstalled, and while there are many bugs/fixes that would be a vast improvement, it is the one I am waiting to be fixed before I come back. Can anyone who still has the game downloaded (preferably for PC) confirm or deny if this was/wasn't fixed?

TL;DR: Was the Legendary Quickhack bug (which caused frames to massively drop, enemies to not die at 0 hp, and enemies to not be affected by other quickhacks) fixed?

I did some testing around this. It seems like I get this bug from using all legendary quickhacks, or more likely that the more mechanics you add to your quickhacks, the more likely you're to hit some limit on maybe memory reserved for these effects or something. When I limited myself to 4/6 quickhacks legendary, I didn't have the problem, but guessing YMMV and it depends on the hack.
When I had all legendary quickhacks, using any quickhacks caused the bug where I had a huge framerate drop and enemies wouldn't die after brought below 0 (and some quickhacks couldn't be applied after a first one was). Although come to think of it maybe detonate grenade didn't have this problem, but I can't recall for sure. Also the bug happened when I uploaded any of the bonus breach daemons. In this screenshot I had gone from my usual 45-50 FPS to probably about 3 FPS, after uploading a spreading cyberpsychosis and using the legendary reboot optics breach daemon.

During my current play through, I was getting all kind of quickhacks from terminals (including legendary ones) till level 35.
The moment I hit level 36, I stopped getting ANY quick hack, not even a 'green' one, from a successful breaching of a terminal.

Good thing that I found those that interest me the most already before that.

Hmm, maybe I am just lucky but I hadn't even been aware this bug existed before I read this thread. In my game I'm running full six legenderies in my deck and all's working as expected, has been for a long time.
