Legendary Short Circuit doesnt always deal damage on crit.

Some enemies stopped taking damage from legendary short circuit. On top of that its completely random. Also turrets stopped taking damage from it alltogether. Didnt have this issue before 1.12.

yeah this happens with contagion as well, quick "fix" I use is to quick same when it starts don't leave the menu and load the quick save you just created ..usually there is a slight stutter in the load ( correcting itself ) and then it should work again....good luck
oh and this started for me after 1.1 intermittently
