Letho isn't at Kaer Morhen

Finshed the quest with Letho. Invited him to come to Kaer Morhen to hide out. Finished Va Fail, Elaine. Brother in Arms; Velen automatically completed. I noticed that only the part of Keira coming there is listed. Nothing about Letho coming to Kaer Morhen. Even his character page mentioned he accepted the invitation.

Letho should arrive after "The Isle of Mists". He's not supposed to be listed in "Brothers in Arms: Velen" quest log, as far as I'm aware.
