let's compare pc specs

with this crappy 4+ year gaming rig (the SSD is only 6 months old) i've had no issues playing on ultra. i'm curious what you guys have been using and whether you've experienced latency or crashing issues

I have the same rigs as your (i have 2x 1070) and no SSD, just a standard 2 TB usb 3.0 HD and i am on my 180 Hours without a single crash and very low bugs (mostly T-pose)

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X @ 4.0 GHz

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 Chroma Black
Game installed on dedicated M.2: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500Gb
PSU: Corsair RM750x v2 80+Gold 750W

Cyberpunk 2077 (C) 2020 by CD Projekt RED 04_01_2021 18.50.11 (2).png

Playing with 4k resolution
DLSS Balanced
Everything on high or ultra expect screen space reflection and rtx - OFF

Getting same fps as playing modded 4k Witcher 3. Runs smooth enough for a massive game like this.

i5 8600k clock all cores@4600MHz,

Gtx1080 clock 1800MHz Mem clock @ 5200MHz,

RAM 16gig @ 3200MHz,

Samsung Evo960 NVMe M.2

Game settings at ultra no film grain, no chromatic aberration and no motion blurring jumps between 44-57fps. Turning On Dynamic FidelityFX CAS target 60fps min resolution 85 max resolution 100 gets me to 60fps.

Not one crash or issue of that kind just usual graphical bugs like enemy stuck in a floor or a mobile phone suspended in mid air lol

i5 2500k OC @ 4.2
GTX1070Ti
16GB ddr3
Res @ 1440
Mix of settings from low to high with CAS set to 90 and getting 38-58 fps

Only 2 CTDs have been from display changes while running game. Almost had one with a cyberdeck ping connected to god knows how many things. LOL

Is it difficult to set the games for 3 monitors? Also if I'd have that I would be thinking of removing the frames but you know haha

It's not difficult no but some games just don't look good on 5760x1080 and/or don't have the option.

For competitive play, I only use 1 monitor because 3x 240hz will make hurt your fps. But for single player games... All day.

CPU: i9 9900kf
RAM: 32GB RAM DDR4-2066
GPU: RTX 3090
SSD install location on NVMe Samsung 970 PRO 1TB
Resolution: 2560x1440
Avg. 45 FPS, goes as low as 27FPS at some times
Everything on Ultra except cascading shadows (those are set to medium), no DLSS
For some reason using DLSS turns everything into a blurry mess.
Had a few Crashes.
Runs like shit indoors and outdoors, meh... maybe they will fix it

"DDR4-2066" ?? that not possible
You forgot your X.M.P Profile, maybe!

All settings to the right isn't beneficial.
That has nothing to do with optimization.

Goggle:

"Cyper Engine Tweaks"

You you should take a look:

Hi,
that DDR4-2066 is what it says in HWiNFO under Memory Type :shrug: I dunno.
Thanks for the tip with the vidoes, I'll take a look.
And to be honest I really didn't care to optimize anything, I shouldn't have to with a rig like that.
It was more like "Oh, doesn't run good, fuck it." and I played for some hours before dropping it.

CPU: i7-8700k
RAM: 16GB RAM DDR4-2800MHz
GPU: GTX 1070
HD: SSD 1.0TB NVMe
Resolution: 3840x2160
I start with default "HIGH" and then tweak with resolution scale at 55% and film grain/cinematic aberration/depth of field/lens flare/motion blur all OFF.

I average low to mid 40s FPS but can go higher if other settings are turned down. I like how the game looks and it seems to be fairly smooth even at 30FPS, so I opt to keep the slightly better graphics over a few more frames.

I managed steady 60FPS by dropping the resolution and using MED/LOW settings but my display is 3840x2160 native so dropping too low always looks a bit fuzzy.

WTB RTX 30XX, kk thanks!

Your DDR4 is running at the wrong speed! Activate the X.M.P Profile in UEFI Bios.

I tried a few years ago with 3x 28", gave me a sore neck and motion sickness :D

CPU: i7-8700
GPU: RTX 2070
RAM: 64GB (only 2133mhz sticks sadly)
Storage: 480GB M.2 NVMe SSD + 1TB SSD + 4x HDDs (12TB / 12TB / 6TB / 4TB)
(Cyberpunk installed on m.2 drive)
PSU: Seasonic Titanium 650W

Settings:
1440p DLSS quality
No RTX
cascade shadow res=medium
cascade shadow range=medium
fog=high
clouds=medium
ssr=ultra
color=medium
everything else=highest
all filters=off
HDR=off,becaue it's broken fake HDR

With vsync off: FPS is in the 60-80 range, but I play with vsync on and FPS capped at 60.

I do get dips below 50 only while driving in third person in specific areas. Kind of annoying. Thinking it could be RAM speed.

Minimum graphics settings @1440p, about 45FPS.

i9-9900KF
GTX 1070
32GB 3000MHz RAM
1GB NVMe SSD dedicated storage
650W Titanium PSU

Waiting on a 3070, but might just go 3090 and get new PSU and monitor, given how long it'll be before stuff is actually obtainable.

Only issues other than the typical bugs and glitches have been a couple hard-locks while viewing the world map, and a CTD while tabbed out.

Ultra settings, no ray-tracing or DLSS, 1080p@36fps(locked for stability)

i5-9400F
RTX 2060
16GB 2666Mhz DDR4 RAM
240GB NVMe M.2 SSD
650w Gigabyte 80 plus bronze

Had one crash when trying to load the game too fast after getting flatlined, other than that no tech problems.

P.D.: If I deactivate the fog, cloud and space reflection settings I could play it at a smooth 72fps, for anyone wondering. I still like to play it at 36fps, had to get used to it at first but now I can't go back. Maybe it bothers me that I have to disable some settings, xd.
