Letters for side quests (Dirty Funds)

What is the name of the blasted letter to advance the side quest, Dirty Funds? There are no letters in my quest items, and I've read all the letters in the consumables bag. The thing is, when I cleared the area I didn't pay attention to the treasure and just looted them all, because some of the wolves ran off and were coming back for me.

Also, are ALL letters for side quests automatically placed into the quests items? Because if so, then I may be bugged.

You looted the chest before reading the letter and bugged out the quest. You can try to go back to the bandit camp and complete it. They are already said they are aware and patching it so no worries, it will be fixed. Hope this helps!

I had a feeling it was someting like that, because I spent most of last night clearing all the ?'s on the map before I move on.
