So, I assume this is a bug, and it is working, but removing the wrong parameter.
When I hit level 50 Street Cred, bounties on enemies no longer pay out cash, they only give Street cred. Since my street cred is maxed at 50, I get nothing

I have to assume the intended code was to remove street cred from the bounties at SC50, since you no longer get SC, but yeah, at level 50 Street cred you no longer get cash on bounties instead.
