Short translation of the key facts because it's german:
- Console version of W3 is already being sold in some countries (Arabian Emirates mentioned here)
- Some shops don't seem to care about the official release date
- Some people already streaming it on twitch, making pictures and speaking on reddit and neogaf about the story
- Streamers get a ban for now
- If you want to avoid huge spoilers you should keep away from those sites and streams

Only new information to my knowledge is:

In another news, it seems like the exact timing as to when the embargo on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt end has been revealed. According to report, the revivews for The Witcher 3 will go live TOMORROW (May 12 "Tuesday" at 7AM).

It links to a twitter post from Kevin VanOrd who says the embargo ends officially at "7 a.m Pacific on Tuesday, I believe."
