LipSync Editor

Well, where is it? According to the djinni wiki it should be found under tools, but at least for me it's not there.Does it appear only after you wrote some dialogues and/or imported some sound? Or is it just missing? If so, when will it be included? :)

LipSyncing is a completely external product that was used to create the .say files. At the moment, there is no way to do lip syncing without hacking into the old .say files and trying to match the new dialogue. Once more information comes about for this, we will try and put together a good tutorial on the process.

:( CDproject: it's clearly one of the top five plug we need in the d'jinni editor, hope you'll find a way to add it

Vaernus: do you know the name of the plug they use to make it?

At the moment, no. It's still something we're trying to find out for Strands of Destiny. :)

:) maybe it's the same than nwn2 (faceFX)?

It could be. :)Considering this is still inherently Aurora, I'm sure most of the systems that worked in NWN and possibly NWN2 still exist in Djinni. However, the rendering engine was completely rebuilt and is absolutely nothing like the original. Can say this from experience exporting our new areas into Djinni. So if that's the case, it may have invalidated the use of FaceFX.
