[Suggestions] List of features to Add/ Improve/ Expected/ Missing. Feel free to add your own.

So, I heard CDPR Quest Designer is asking players suggestions for the future of CP2077.
Here is my take on it.

1) Better performance on all platforms (Including PC). Not everyone can afford an expensive PC, specially those of us living in poorer countries. The game performs relatively well with those optimization mods on my PC, but even then there are places where the fps drop is massive.

2) More classes to choose from. Actual gameplay differences between the classes you choose. Maybe lock certain advanced level perks depending on the class you choose. Because in the end of the day, gameplay wise there is no damn difference between playing streetkid, corpo or nomad. This is just plain dumb. Moreover, let the player choose a gang to be part of. I want to make my character look like a Maelstrom, there is no way to do that in the game.

3) Quests related to night city gangs with a story in it. Its just sad there is nothing about the gangs, nothing you can do with them. The greatest disappointment are the voodoo boys. You do one quest with them, go in the cyberspace only once and thats it. Deepdive should be a huge thing in the game, as well as breaching the blackwall. There should be quests/combat in the blackwall and cyberspace.

4) Third person view for at least walking/running around the city. Once combat is triggered or you take your weapon the game zoom back to 1st person view.

5) More females with bigger breasts. I find it very weird and unrealistic that in a Cyberpunk game most females in the game are flat chested. In the age of cyberskin silicon breast implants. Who in the nine hells thought that was a good design choice ? Smh... Weak.

Maybe there should be an expansion called Gangs Of Night City or something with all those new features.

Thats it for now. If something else comes up I'll edit.

I dont see much sense in this whole streetkid/corpo/nomad thing.

It would make more sense simply if you chose to be one of the gangs.

For example... If you choose to play as Animal, you would have a buffed appearance. You can level up only body to level 20 for instance. All the other attributes would cap at lower levels. Intelligence 5, Cool 5, Tech 5, Reflex 10.

Voodoo Boy: Intelligence 20, Tech 10, Body 5, Cool 5, Reflex 5

Valentinos: Cool 20, Reflex 10, Body 5, Tech 5, Int 5

6th Street: Reflex 20, Body 10, Cool 5, Tech 5, Int 5

Mox: Tech 20, Int 10, Body 5, Cool 5, Reflex 5

If you chose Maelstrom you would have unique cyber implants for that class only, but Cyberpsychosis risk. (Lose character control) Body 10, Reflex 10, Tech 10, Cool 10, Int 5

Nomad: Reflex 10, Tech 10, Cool 10, Int 10, Body 5

This is just an example how the game would make more sense and each class you pick would have different gameplay direction.
Certain perks would only be possible to achieve with a given class.

Aren't we supposed to get recipes for every iconic we find? The support site says, "Whenever you gain an Iconic item, you will automatically receive Crafting Specs of that same item for different rarities and improved stats." But there are still several items that I'm missing the specs for. The most annoying of which is the Malorian Arms pistol.

Agreed. I'm level 18 for crafting and got the perk to craft legendary/iconic weapons and items, but also, no crafting spec for this weapon. I have the jinchu-maru legendary spec but I can't craft it because I don't have an epic version of it. what.the.hell.

I really loved this game, but I can't shake the feeling of 'incompleteness' in the overall story line and quests of the game.

Of course, with great games you never want it to end, but I think some tangible features may be introduced to make the game more fleshed out, complete and satisfying overall. I'm not going to complain about bugs and glitches because I believe these will be fixed as a matter of course, but here are my two cents about the rest.

1) Sense of Progression
I really felt it was lost opportunity to NOT let V accrue material elements of progression (other than cars) as you went through the story. Sure, you get stuff to add to your apartment to remind you of quests completed, but wouldn't it be cool to show his journey to becoming a Night City legend through things like for example, moving from a shitty cramped apartment in Little China to a much nicer spot later on? If we can buy vehicles, we should be able to buy apartments and other amenities to show how well V was progressing as a Solo; moving up the food chain in Night City.

2) Aesthetics
Since so much emphasis was placed on aesthetic themes prior to launch, I really think the concept could have been manifested better in the game itself. For example Life Path or Story Progression could unlock different clothing themes or customisation options for how V looks in game.

Being able to customise vehicles, clothes and looks would have been a very welcome feature. Nothing my V wears is matching. If looks are everything in Night City it should follow through with being able to curate your whole look, including vehicles and clothes.

3) Doing stuff with NPCs
Not sure if I'm borrowing too much from GTA for this, but I thought it would be cool if the calling/texting function of the game could be explored further to develop better relationships with NPCs in game. With friends or romance options, some mission-based socialising would be nice, or just the option to explore more of their stories via dialogue, which would hopefully reflect V's story progression or relationship progression.

It would also have been cool to see more of the fixers and how they operate in Night City. It would be very interesting to see how they may have conflicts of interests where V was concerned, or how V might have to pick sides on jobs and whatnot. Like for example (SPOILER), Wakako had a hand to play to Evelyn Parker's tragic demise... while it's true she'sjust doing her job, it would have been great if we could redress this as a possible consequence with regard to the Moxes.

4) Missions and Characters treated abruptly.
I'm not sure how much of this will be addressed by future DLC, but it really seems many fascinating storylines and characters were given rather abrupt treatment story-wise... and were not allowed to live up to their full potential.

For example, T-BUG! T-Bug was interesting af; mysterious, super-competent and even somewhat intimidating. It's such a pity we didn't get the chance to flesh out more of her character, connection to Dex or her personal story beyond what was absolutely essential to the plot. It would have been awesome if we could go to her hideout and be able to give her character a proper burial for example, or give some closure to her family like we did with Jackie. Would also have been nice to be able to go on missions for Mama Welles... as the owner of the Coyote Cojo I'm super sure she would have really interesting side missions to tackle, especially since V was Jackie's best choom and also, a lot to unpack emotionally because Vwas partially responsible for Jackie's death.

Also, what happens with the cyber psychos! I was totally rooting for Regina's potential treatment options to bear some fruit, esp if it could tie in with MaxTac somehow... hopefully this will be in DLC.

4) Lack of Change
It's said in-game several times, nothing changes in Night City. Still it would have been nice to see how V's actions had an impact on the immediate ecosystem... I can't believe that thrashing every single gang in missions and side jobs lead to no effect on the city's overall power politics and stuff, especially since V is given the opportunity to (SPOILER) decimate the Voodoo boys, kill their leaders and desecrate their sacred Net sanctuary.

Not to call back to the witcher too much, but it would have been nice to see how seemingly random side jobs and missions had an unexpected effect on the overall story or NPC development.

Well that's all I have for now! Doing a second playthough! Love the game despite everything. Keep up the great work CDPR and don't let people grind you down!

buyable houses/apartments, brain dance outside of missions (buy a BD on the street (which V can already do) and view that BD in V's apartment or anywhere (Judy already gave V a BD headset (but not active))

* A bigger finish to the Cyberpsycho Quest.

* Get a new icon for Vehicles.

* More Mox content.

* Voodoo Boys attacking you in revenge for wiping out their gang.

* The option to decorate your apartment in Lifepath styles.

* The option to pet Kitty.

* The ability to use the Delemain cab as a fast travel point.

* The ability to revisit Clouds even if you can't (and shouldn't) sleep with braindead people.

* Get rid of the horrifying children.

* Better Lifepath origin

* More Jackie content

* More Evelyn content (somehow) or a chance to save her like Kate in Life is Strange.

* More LIs or one night stands.

* Better driving

* Better police AI

Seriously hate that calls auto answer, whether you press the pickup button or not.

This has caused multiple calls take place at the same time (over each other) and pressing the square button (PS4) to answer one conversation will choose an option in another conversation and vice versa. This also happens when interacting with objects while on a call as well.

On PS4 when exiting a vehicle (I drive in 3rd person, not sure if that makes a difference), about 40-60% of the time the characters line art once you get back into 1st person mode on foot will jump and scramble all over the screen making her look like an abstract art painting. I have to get back into the car and get back out to get it to go back to normal.

here are my suggestion's some of what i say i have said in other post's
1. more character customization for v in-game like a npc in the world that you can go to for more body types,heir style's,eye color's, and cyberwear that shows up on v's body etc.
2.uncensor the nudity like in the sex scenes/joytoy/ out of inventory/ shower and in the place's it should fit and if you can't let us pick what type of underwear we have on in 3rd person like a thong,g-string just somethig that's more sexy other then what we have on etc.
3.if you plan on having mod support that's if you do can you do it for the xbox and ps as well like how fallout and skyrim have it because for old as those game's are they are still fun to play even to this day and with mods the game will have a long life span.
4.brutal takedown when you have any blade weapon in your hand and that includes mantis blades as well.
5. this has to do with joytoy and out side of misty's place take out the female hologram's behind the qlass and put female npc's in its place and have them be topples with sexy underwear same with the male dancers that way it will look a lot better and it will fit the place better
6.for this i'am not sure if its cut or in the game but give us the red glowing sword that was in the trailer for the game
7.better AI. and more things that you can do/interact with in the world.
8. wearable sexy clothes like what the npc's have on in the bar i forgot the name of the place its were judy is at and the joytoy place.
and that should be all what i have to say and i'am sure i forgot some stuff but i'am sure its been talk about all ready. and like i said those are just my suggestions and i hope some of what i say gets put into the game by a update or in dlc but i just want to say that at its core it is a good game and i can't wait to see what comes next in the month's to came for the game oh forgot one more thing this would be 9.wall running with mantis blades in some parts in the city or on a gig/mission or job.

NOTE: MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS!
IMPORTANT: Guys, lets strictly keep this thread only for Suggestions without delving into Politics

TL;DR
I have some additional tidbits i wanted to share. Good thing this topic flashed by, its ideal.

V's apartment
- make the wardrobe a storage location for clothes also, now you can only take, but not put stuff back in.
- make the vending machine a storage for foods. Now its just a useless prop.
- sitting on the couch should be expanded. Now it defaults to using ONLY the tv, if the radio was on, its turned off automatically.
I'd like to see the following here: when V goes to sit on the couch it should have these options
-lie down
-turn radio on/off --> switch station
-watch tv --> switch channel
-optional: call pet
Radio and tv should remain on unless turned off manually.
- going to sleep should give a temporary boost to make sleeping mean something. Possibly get +25% experience or so.
- showering can also be made to mean something. Maybe give a temporary boost to the body and reflexes stats.
- Stash item that can be mounted in the wall should be displayed with a holographic representation when you own that weapon.

Cars
- ability to trade in an owned car when you purchase a new car.
- Ability to sell a car to certain people around the city.
- mission specific: ability to trade an owned car for you old Galena Rattler if you are a Nomad. The car you trade with the girl can also set off a new mini arc, where you can discover her fate (dead or alive) depending on which car you traded with her.
- ability to repaint a car or bike (can be presets, prefer not)

Character V
- have a female chestsize reflex in clothing, now every piece of clothing resizes her chest to default size.
- ability to view how you modeled your character afterwards( which settings were chosen for hairstyle, facials etc) <-- can work in tandem with midgame character customization.
- all other desired option were already mentioned.

Inventory
-add ability to mass select items for selling and/or buying or storing. Right now you need to press each item idividually. Ideally works with filter options such as status (rare, legendary etc)
- ability to tag items as favourite so they are protected from being sold or scraped.

I'll keep it at this for now.
Great yopic!

Here are my thoughts about the crafting system and how it could be improved. Thank you for compiling this thread, hopefully it will lead to some major improvements.

A workshop station in your apartment and van would be nice indeed !

I think that you should get the blueprint of any object you dismantle. Then be able to craft it with any stat, maxed out accordingly to your level (then you'll be able to upgrade it). Depending on your crafting perks, you'd be able to craft the item with one stat (common) up to 4 stats (legendary). Each tier granting max mod slots available.

Of course, the required components would have to fit the tier of the crafted item. But a workbench would allow you to mass craft some items and upgrade components massively if you have the perk that allows it.

Every piece of clothe / armor we see in game should be obtainable somewhere. In addition, a dedicated craftsman V should be able to change color and aspect of his / her creations.

I also think that we should get rid of the level requirement system for items. Make them just scale with your level. It's counter immersive and serves no purpose.

If you want it to be even more realistic, make separate, customizable, buyable workbenches for armor and weapons. Allow a car to have a basic one, van 2 basics or one fully equipped, apartment 2 but with full options.
Although currently, you can call all your vehicles at your location, thus having mobile workbenches kind of killing the purpose of having some in your apartment. If you have to pay for all of them though, it could make sense.

I wouldn't mind not being able to craft without the use of a workbench. In addition, being able to mark some armor / weapons as junk and being able to dismantle / sell them at a workbench / drop point would be nice.

Omg, the suggestions, most of them are impossible to make,
they can fix the bugs and the glitches, but the gameplay and the story never, and people need to understand this

If CDPR want to add DLC's like skins, or animations or new clothes, maybe some expansions like Heart of Stone and Blood and Wine from Witcher 3, it will be enough

We need to move on, it's not what they promised, they have tried to trick us with trailers and gameplays, and promises, and they kinda did, I bet the next E3 is gonna be very interesting for CDPR

I hope they will learn from they're mistake, and they will earn again the trust of the gaming community

Post CharGen options to change our appearance;
- hairdressers,
- tattoo artists (maybe gang/location specific, more styles unlocked etc)
- piercings
- "cosmetic surgery" to change eyes after getting Kiroshi, adding more visible cyberware

Just a few minor suggestions from an immersion standpoint that could be added to an update...

--- A toggle-able flashlight or night-vision or heat-vision. Pretty much anything to be able to see at night.
--- Although there is not an abundance of water in the game in the city proper, I do feel that there should be boats on the rivers in the game. Even if they were only non-playable tugboats moving cargo or police boats cruising up and down the rivers looking for floaters.
--- Patrolling police, no more instant teleports.
--- Pairing the unattended children you see walking alone down some of the streets with an adult. If the city is as dangerous as it's labeled as, children walking alone would definitely be coming to a bad end without an adult looking out for them.
--- The headlights on most street vehicles looks quite odd having only one headlight illuminated at most angles on the vehicle but having the ground reflection look as if there are two.
--- The fixer phone calls are annoying. Apparently the fixers have implanted a GPS chip in V, seeing as they only call about a job if you are in a close proximity to it. Having a current job interrupted by a phone call with a new one, while I'm trying to stealth track an NPC is distracting to say the least.

I would like it more if you called the fixer, asking for a job, and are given various current job offers fitting your skillset. Only rarely do they call you about a specific job that needs doing within a certain time, asking if you're available and willing to take on the gig. Also the possibility of the job being double booked, having another merc competing for the same job hired by another fixer.

Maybe a fixer net based posting board. Different fixers having different jobs, with some overlap. Listing current job offers in the the city and it's surroundings, accessible thru any of the numerous computers scattered throughout the city. Jobs that list specific requirements needed and payment plus bonuses upon certain objectives being met, kinda like the real internet. Jobs come and go over time, some pay better than others, some you're overqualified for and some underqualified.

At the moment it feels like you're the only merc in the city. - I would like a more Freejack, The Fifth Element, Bladerunner, Altered Carbon feel to the game. - You're just one of millions trying to get by the best you can.

I originally posted this elsewhere by accident, too many windows open at the same time.

I'm trying to be optimistic, but I don't see any shows like the E3 happening. We all will have to deal with the pandemic for the most part of this year. Exept for New Zealand ;)

So the next E3 would be in 2022. Most of the anger should have cooled off by then. Also, the E3 is a show for the industry. So olny journalists and paid audiences will attend the show. GamesCom could be harder to handle for CDPR. This show is open to the public.

Hi, I really enjoyed playing through Cyberpunk as the Street Kid (even though in real life I grew up around more the Nomad types) and am playing through again on the Corpo mode, only saying mean Corpo things!

Anyways, I think it'd be cool if there were more mech guards and such guarding locations on repeat visits (like Arasaka Tower after its missions) and if they see you they should have reactions like, "You again?!" "or "Hey, it's that crazy mother fucker from before!"

I think this would go a long way towards making the world feel more alive. Also, the AI in general isn't quite, how shall I say, meeting its ideal. Is there a timetable for when that will be improved?

Even with its glitches, I still love the game! Thanks for all the hard work, and I look forward to how it develops!

I don't know if someone already suggested this but it should be possible to see what is the current level of the enemy we are fighting, like in the 2018 gameplay trailer.

It's really annoying that you can't even determinate if the enemies you are going to fight are stronger or weaker than you.
