Little Red Riding Hood quest

In russian version the quest is called "Little Red Riding Hood".

Started in the village far north on Novigrad map. About a werewolf and a group of bandits ganging the village It is 16 lvl or around that quest, so I didnt take it.

However now the NPCs are missing and looks like this quest is lost to me.

Is there a way to restart this quest? Via console maybe?

You sure they're missing? They lock themselves indoors at night once you start the quest, and don't come out until you complete it. Go back to the area at night and look around for some bandits.

I mean, I didnt take the quest at all. Just left the village, left the "!" mark. Just after that I saw that is there is no mark, no NPCs.

The gang maybe killed them?

That is odd. I'm guessing the above person is right. They've been slaughtered.

Guys, I am sorry, the quest reapperas. The mark "!" just becomes invisible on the map. Maybe this will help some.
