About half-dwarves - I don't think there was a single hint in the books that humans can interbreed with any race other than elves. In the first game, Geralt quips that Kalkstein probably has gnomish ancestry, but it's just that, a snarky quip.

I've been to Tarragona. I remember paying a visit to the local police office to get my working permit and while standing in line for quite a while I couldn't help noticing the overwhelming majority of people there were males in their twenties...
There just weren't that many girls there. And, believe me, I checked.
I'd say the place offered some pretty convincing indication as to the local foreign male to female ratio, if you catch my drift...
Needless to say, never was keen on the place and kept myself catching the train in the opposite direction, to Barcelona, where flocks of vivacious girls roamed the ramblas till dawn.
I'd like to see more non-human cultures. I'd like to see how elves, dwarves, gnomes etc live. We've already seen dwarves in TW2, so focusing on elves and gnomes would be pretty cool. Seeing their customs, traditions, architecture, life philosophy, way of life basically, would be pretty badass. We've been concentrating a lot on humans, which is awesome, but it'd be nice to have some contrast in culture. I don't know, thinking aloud.
Oh and imba vote for seeing Geralt naked. I mean the amount of women and their private parts I've seen so far seems out of balance when the lead guy hasn't been completely naked yet
