Yeah, still there, but fortunatly i'm not too bothered by this issue, i was much more bothered with 1.07 framerate which has been totally fixed, thx god!
Same here. Cutscenes and just walking around it hesitates and blurs for a second. It's really annoying because it happens every 10 seconds or so. Update 1.05 was by far the best on Xbox. 1.07 was a mess. 1.08 is better than 1.07 but still glitchy.
I know the game is huge and it's difficult to anticipate everything that could go wrong in a game this large but it's pretty clear this game needed to be delayed several more months. Just my opinion.

I never noticed the motion blur issue until patch 1.07 in Novigrad. The fix I found was this "load an old save go to Skellige and save game go back to Novigrad save game again and the problem was fixed for me. I will admit I haven/t played much since patch 1.08 but so far I still have not had this issue after installing 1.08. I wonder if it is a cache problem or something not clearing the memory?!?
Every 10 seconds? Something is wrong with your system or saves. Rarely anything like this happens even in Novigrad for me on Xbox one. I suggest a hard reset. I also bet you are on horseback flying through the city walkways non stop right?
Try creating a new save or something and not overwriting an old one or something idn. I AM NOT HAVING THIS PROBLEM and I am on xbox one also
I get it if i play to long,i just quit the game then restart it and the blur is gone.
Didnt know this was a glitch, Hadnt played for a while (been playing elite) but I moved my game over to a external HDD before I started playing again and assumed it must of been a problem with the move so I reinstalled it straight to the ex HDD but still got it so I thought it must be some problem with playing off external even though all other games seem to play better in as much as faster loading (Im using a WD caviar black 3.5" HDD in a caddy). Guess its just a new general bug then.

At least I'm assuming what I'm getting is the same thing. The screen will kind of "flash" or "blink" for just a fraction of a second? For me it's happening at odd intervals, no rhyme or reason. A few real close to each other, then none for a short while and such.

I was actually the first response in this thread saying that you must be crazy because I haven't had any loading issues in Novigrad and I play a ton. Now I change my mind because I am getting it also here. Seems as the above poster states it is happening at odd intervals. Could it have something to do with being in Novigrad for an extended period of time? Could it have something to do with completing quests in Novigrad and not fast traveling around? I was playing for like 2 hours with most of my time spent in Novigrad today and towards the end of my play time I was getting lots of mini loading blurs as well. I'm gonna fire it up and let you know how it goes!! BTW: I'm on Xbox one.
I played all today and only like 1 blur screen. Maybe a fresh reset of game is good. Also I wonder if you save your game and load while in Novigrad if that affects anything, as opposed to saving and loading your save outside Novigrad....
Saves in Novigrad don't seem to effect it one way or another at least for me unless you do a hard reset of the xbone afterwards, If I have the constant blur screen save and reload without a reset they will till persist. Tho in my case i'm sure its happening due to cut scenes that fast travel/move you into and around Novigrad for example the fast travel from the sabbath in Velen to Novigrad has caused the constant blurring till i change map or hard reset.I played all today and only like 1 blur screen. Exactly. The game is great and all but the bad performance just destroys the experience for me. So many broken quests and every few steps a loading screen (blurry) in Novigrad. After 1.07 there are suddenly loading screens during conversations... I mean. What the F?it seems to have gotten worse. every few steps now the screen goes blurry for a few seconds. I'm getting close to just cutting my losses and returning this game. this is ridiculous.
And again, NOTHING on this from CD Projekt Red. Nothing. Thanks for letting us down. Gonna sell my copy.

The loading blur is so annoying and kills the immersion. What works temporarily is to exit the game to the menu and re-load. But after about a 1/2 hour of play it starts doing it again. It's frustrating because prior to 1.07 this problem was non existent.
