loading blur while walking around novigrad

I have it too, not gamebreaking, little annoying, restarting the game fixes it for couple of hours. Been critical in the past about CDPR but think the game is very playable and enormous fun after last patch. Kudos!

I had this issue happen to me, took me a few days but I tried deleting my 10+ saves in my saved game list and only stuck to 2 save slots (current and a backup save slot... haven't had this issue since.

Same issue. Reloaded game and tried resets of xBox. Very frustrating!!

Already mentioned this in another thread but since yesterday I have blurry loading screens outside of Novigrad. The game keeps deteriorating (despite cold boots of my xbox one).

The loading screens even happen during conversations and combat.

That's it. Also happens during cut scenes and combat. Breaks the immersion in my opinion.

Re-boots help briefly but it comes back. Before 1.07 the game ran pretty good so it can be fixed I think.

I hope the devs see this video. It's unplayable like that. Even more so since the loading started to happen outside of Novigrad.

Yes, that's my hope too, they should realize that they (accidentally) worsened the performance of the game. Comparing their sources to previous builds should help them find the problem.

Bumping this to the top because this needs to be fixed.

The loading blur is so annoying and kills the immersion. What works temporarily is to exit the game to the menu and re-load. But after about a 1/2 hour of play it starts doing it again. It's frustrating because prior to 1.07 this problem was non existent.

It would be nice to hear from the devs if they are aware of the issue and working on it?

Started Witcher 3 again and yes this issue makes the game around Novigrad unplayable. All 10-15 seconds it appears... (and i dont want to restart the game every hour!)

It looks like this issue has been addressed in patch 1.10 which is being released today..

- Decreases chance of unwarranted screen blur occurring during play.
