Loading dialogue bug

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with the game. I started a new game, and when I'm in a dialogue during the prologue, there are very long loading times between each of Geralt's responses.
I can't figure out what's causing this. I've tried reinstalling the game and running it without mods, but nothing works.
I should note that when I load an old save file in Novigrad, I don’t have this problem, nor do I have it when I’m in Kaer Morhen during the prologue.
I’ve tried starting several new games, but the problem persists.
I’ve put over 300 hours into the game and have never had this issue before.

My specs are:
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
GPU AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
RAM 16GB

Does anyone have any ideas?

0.) Using any mods, or have you ever used any in the past? (Removing mods often causes issues.)

1.) Have you performed a CLEAN installation of the game?

2.) Are you running on a desktop or laptop? If the latter, is the laptop plugged in or running off of battery?

3.) Is the game installed on an SSD or HDD?
