locked chest underwater near lindenvale....
hi, the spoils of war marker to the right of that fishermans hut where you go whilst looking for the bloody barons family, just above lindenvale
i looted it while doing the family matters quest, took everything and the marker went grey
but quite a while after i did that i was on my way to lindenvale to do the last fight club fight and i noticed the marker was now white again?
dove in checked around and there was a chest pretty much directly under marker thats locked?
it definitely either wasnt there the first time (i would not of missed it its way to obvious) or it wasnt locked and i looted it already
do chests respawn? or any one know where key is??
